Open Day 2010

Following our very successful Open Days across the 15th and 16th of July 2009, we are in the process of planning our next one for mid-2010. We would appreciate your feedback and comments on the following-

a) what those of you who attended thought of it
b) ideas for improvement
c) what would you like to see at this Open Day that would encourage you to attend

The results from the 2009 Open Day feedback survey indicates that 93% of attendees would attend the next Open Day event.

Hi Kate,

As an employee of AIM and a presenter at last year's Open Day, I'm keen to participate in our 2010 AIM Open Day.

Whilst speaking with our clients last year, the feedback was positive "highly motivating and our venue provided an opportunity for information sharing amongst our clients". So much so that our clients would prefer more time to network between presentations and share their learnings.

What is important to me this year?

Social Media is of interest to me currently as well as Customer Service case studies and good news stories.
