I just completed the Applied Project Management 3 day course and it was very valuable and inspiring.
Focusing on 'projects' and how to run and monitor them, I gained a great deal of knowledge that will benefit me in my working life. I can understand why it is such a popular course. It could apply to a great number of professions and assists in ways in which to organise your work and people you deal with on a day to day basis.
As my trainer said at the end, 'don't try and implement everything we have learnt at once' - I am definitely eager to start!
