I am one of the team members in AIM's Student Support Compliance team.
Were you aware through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) you can attain a single competency or a full qualification. RPL is the formal recognition of the experience you have gained throughout your working career or perhaps some training you may have attend some time ago.
This is done by submitting a portfolio which includes a narrative telling how you are applying the Elements and Performance Criteria within your current workplace for the unit of competency/competencies you wish to seek recognition for.:confused:
